As a passionate dance tutor with a degree in choreography, I combine the power of high heels dance with the elegance and discipline of classical technique to help my students grow in confidence, grace, and self-expression. My teaching method focuses on body awareness, posture, fluidity of movement, and emotional connection. I tailor each lesson to the student's level—whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer. A typical lesson includes: A warm-up focused on posture and alignment Technique drills to build strength and precision Choreography practice rooted in musicality and personal style A cooldown with breathwork or light stretching What sets me apart is how I blend academic dance training with soulful performance. I create a supportive, inspiring space where you can move freely, refine your skills, and feel empowered through dance. My lessons are ideal for: Adults seeking to gain confidence in heels and dance Performers looking to elevate stage presence Beginners who want to explore dance safely Anyone who wishes to connect mind, body, and spirit through movement
