About Arpita
I am a Program Director and lecturer at undergraduate and postgraduate level with experience teaching and supervising students in management, leadership, and public sector studies. Having completed my PhD, I know how challenging academic writing and research can feel, especially when it comes to dissertations. I really enjoy helping students through that process because it can seem daunting or unfamiliar at first. My aim is to support you in a way that matches your needs and expectations, to make things clearer, more structured, and less stressful. I mainly focus on dissertation guidance, but I can also offer assignment support in Management, HRM, and Leadership if that is something you need help with on the side. I like to keep my tutoring practical, encouraging, and tailored to what works best for you.

I work mainly with undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students on their dissertations and research projects. My approach is learner-centered and practical, focused on helping you make steady progress and feel confident about your work. I can guide you through every stage of your dissertation, including: Framing clear and focused research questions and objectives Planning and writing an effective literature review Designing and piloting surveys and interview guides Collecting, organizing and interpreting data Writing and refining analysis and discussion chapters Structuring and presenting your work with confidence At the start, I like to discuss what you expect from the process and where you might need the most support. Together, we create a simple but realistic plan with milestones and deadlines, so the project feels organized rather than overwhelming. Each session is interactive and tailored to your needs with a focus on building clarity, critical thinking, and academic writing skills that will stay with you beyond the dissertation.
