About Shrelock

With 12 years of ESL teaching experience, I have guided High School and College students in developing strong English language skills, successfully teaching around 150–200 learners. My teaching philosophy is centred on clarity, patience, and consistent progress.

I believe that learning should be step-by-step and easy to follow, so I break down complex topics into simple and understandable parts. I use real-life examples, practice exercises, and regular feedback to ensure that students fully understand each concept. I also encourage students to actively participate and practise speaking as much as possible.

One of my key achievements is helping students become confident in using English both academically and in daily communication. I take pride in supporting my students and helping them achieve their goals with confidence and independence.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that learning should be interactive and practical, so I use creative strategies such as storytelling, role-play, and real-life conversations.

I help students develop critical thinking skills by encouraging them to ask questions, share ideas, and think independently. This improves their confidence and communication abilities.

As a mentor, I provide continuous guidance and support. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student’s learning style and pace. I create a safe and positive learning environment.

I also focus on accountability by setting clear goals and tracking progress. I provide regular feedback and encourage students to stay committed to their learning.

Along with ESL, I teach related subjects to support overall learning. My goal is to help students become confident communicators and independent learners.
