About Suri
I am a skilled singing tutor with over 12 years of experience teaching college students, and I focus on helping students build both technical ability and confidence in their singing. My approach to teaching Singing combines motivation, clear communication, creativity, and effective time management. I believe that every student can develop their singing skills with the right support and practice. I create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment.
I start with teaching strong basics such as breathing, pitch control, tone quality, and voice flexibility. I explain each concept in simple language so students can understand easily. I also encourage open communication so students feel free to ask questions.
Creativity is an important part of my teaching. I include activities like singing different genres, expression exercises, and improvisation. This helps students develop confidence and enjoy learning.
Each session is well-organised with time for warm-ups, practice, and feedback. I monitor progress regularly and adjust lessons as needed.
Apart from Singing, I also teach music theory, rhythm, listening skills, and performance techniques to help students become confident and skilled singers.
