About the Lessons:
My dance sessions are vibrant, energetic, and designed for all levels—from curious beginners to passionate dancers wanting to sharpen their technique. We’ll explore the powerful storytelling of African dance, the sensual flow and footwork of Salsa, and a wide variety of dynamic dance styles that help you connect deeply to rhythm, movement, and self-expression.
Lessons emphasize coordination, posture, musicality, and cultural context. You’ll learn choreography, freestyle techniques, and partner work in Salsa, all while building confidence, endurance, and joy through movement. Every class is a celebration of body and soul, whether we’re exploring traditional African forms or modern interpretations.
I create a safe and uplifting space where you can move freely, learn at your own pace, and feel empowered—whether you dance for fun, fitness, or performance.
