About Adam
I am a guitarist/music therapist into ALL kinds of music, been teaching for 25 years. Many of my students have gone to music school, play in groups, or have a great hobby that they enjoy! I specialize in teaching improvisation in most styles of music, namely jazz/rock/blues, etc.. I can teach music theory and reading if that is something you are interested in but there are other routes we can take as well. I try to treat each student as a unique person and therefore the lesson will be catered to their musical interests.

I try to focus on what the student wants to learn, as far as artists, styles, techniques, etc.. I believe that learning about music is ongoing and never ends and that is a very beautiful aspect about it. I try to stress with students to have an open mind and a beginners mind when it comes to music. Once a good foundation is started there is no telling where you may go!
