The very entertaining lessons begin with a face-to-face diagnostic test to determine the level of the language. Then they decide, jointly, the number of classes per week that the student needs to reach a higher level in what they want: conversation, writing, reading or vocabulary. Level A, beginner, has 3 sublevels; level B, intermediate, 3; and level C, Advanced, also has 3 sublevels.
All the time they speak either in Spanish or in French, NEVER IN ENGLISH, to force the student to think in the language she wants to learn.
The methodology used is "learning by doing", that is, practicing through weekly tasks what has been learned in that period, to confirm the knowledge, which will be evaluated the following week, to permanently measure the progress of the interested party.
