About Yamini
Hi, I'm a doctor and a passionate home cook who believes that cooking is one of the most valuable life skills anyone can learn.
I want to share my knowledge because I believe good food doesn't have to be complicated, expensive, or time-consuming. Knowing how to cook gives you independence, helps you make healthier choices, saves money, and allows you to enjoy delicious meals made exactly the way you like them.
For me, cooking is more than just preparing food—it's comfort, creativity, and a way to care for yourself and others. Whether it's surprising loved ones with freshly baked cookies, making a warm bowl of chicken soup on a difficult day, or finding comfort in a simple meal of rice, dal, and fried potatoes while living away from home, food has a unique way of making people feel cared for.
My goal is to show you how easy and enjoyable home cooking can be, even with a busy schedule, and help you build the confidence to create wholesome, delicious meals in your own kitchen.
