About Lucia Amaranta
I am a PhD student in gender studies and I really enjoy learning and teaching. I try to make sure that there is clear and friendly communication with my students so that the student is relaxed which I find provides a good study environment.
I can teach maths, Spanish and help with essay writing.

I have experience both tutoring and teaching in the UK, Argentina and Sweden which has exposed me to many different styles of teaching and learning. I am a very approachable and encouraging teacher as I have found that students respond best to this approach. I only teach online but have plenty of experience with online teaching due to having to do this in my university position during COVID.
I tend to focus tutoring around what the student needs. If following the course, we would cover any kind of doubts and try to deport and reinforce the students learning. Exam study would involve going through old exams and seeing where the weaknesses lie so we can focus ont hat area. This is, of course, if the student is not entirely sure what exactly they need help with.
I am happy to have an initial meeting to see how you feel about me and the potential for me to teach you or your child.
