As a seasoned corporate leader, educator, and mentor, I bring more than 20 years of experience helping people learn, grow, and achieve their goals. With an Executive MBA and doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership, I’ve built a career focused on teaching complex concepts in simple ways, developing talent, and coaching individuals at every stage of learning.  My professional background includes leading large teams, training staff, building development programs, and guiding professionals to reach higher levels of performance. Those same strengths—clear explanation, patience, structure, and empowerment—now fuel my work with students. I offer tutoring in math and science for middle and high school students, combining academic instruction with proven coaching techniques that build confidence, problem-solving ability, and a genuine understanding of the material. My approach centers on: • Breaking down difficult topics into understandable pieces • Teaching the “why,” not just the “how” • Encouraging a growth mindset • Helping students build strong study habits • Personalizing sessions to the student’s pace and learning style As both a leader and lifelong learner, I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance and support.
