About Frazer

I bring over 17 years of teaching and leadership experience across diverse educational settings. I am currently in the final stage of my Doctorate in Education (EdD), specialising in leadership, curriculum development, and educational practice.

I have supported educators through NPQ programmes in Middle Leadership, Senior Leadership, Headship, and Executive Leadership. As a former Teacher Training Adviser and Founding Principal, I have experience of various accreditation processes and have built strong academic and operational frameworks from the ground up.

Currently, teaching Computer Science in the UK to give myself time to finalise my thesis, I am here to provide high-level academic support for students at KS4 & 5, University students and Education professionals.

About the lesson

Currently teaching Computer Science, to allow me time to complete my thesis. I bring practical classroom experience, deep research knowledge, and a results-driven approach. My goal is to help you achieve academic excellence and confidence without getting lost in formatting or methodology headaches.

I can tutor students at GCSE and A Level, but my main area of expertise is with undergraduate and postgraduate studies. I also have a strong track record of staff development support, including mentoring through teaching and leadership qualifications, such as PGCEs and NPQs.

I can offer sessions from 30 min up to 2 hours, depending on specific needs. I do not follow a lecturing approach, I feel learning is best when active and applied. As such, be prepared to have a lot of dialogue and discussions about how the theory links with your lived experiences.
