About Paulo César
I am currently a PhD student in Computer Science at the Federal University of Goiás. I have been a professor for over 10 years, working in both basic, technical and higher education (undergraduate and postgraduate courses).
During my academic life, I did not aspire being a teacher, but because of "chance" (I like to say that it was the hand of God), I ended up entering a classroom and fell in love with the profession and even more for the possibility of teaching what I know and learning more each day with my students.
In addition to teaching, I work in the market as an entrepreneur in the technology area. I own an application and web application development company. Also, I'm a project manager.
My main characteristics are patience and perseverance. They reflect on my behavior in the classroom and with my students.
Finally, I always tried to understand the particularities of each student and those who were interested and needed my help, I always made a point of helping them on the learning journey.
I'm here to help whoever wants to level up and overcome the barriers that prevent you from learning.

My teaching approach/methodology is entirely focused on student development understanding that each person has unique characteristics and that the way of teaching/learning must be adjusted for each student.
So, first, I try to understand the level of student in relation to the subject. Then, through a chat, I try to map the way of learning that best suits that student's profile. From there, I present the content, always seeking to bring reasoning and practice with examples and contextualization to facilitate understanding.
Since it is a very abstract universe (programming), I try to develop this capacity/ability of abstraction as much as possible. of the student through exercises and I also try to correlate the content with everyday examples to make it easier to absorb it.
I always try to exercise empathy, and put myself in the student's position. This helps me to reach the biggest limitations of it.
My classes are for students of different levels, both basic and advanced. And also attending different school levels (secondary, technical and higher education).
