About Maria
I have good work ethics, very punctual and highly involved in the learning of my students. Four families have hired me for the past 3 years to tutor their children, at times extending to babysit for them with their full trust!

I tutor children and adults in the field of Communications, English as a Foreign Language, Reading, Literature and all other subjects in elementary, middle and high schools.
I am good with Kids; I am a mother of a young adult, a Marine and I homeschooled him until 4th grade! In the past schoolyear, I tutored 2 gradeschoolers and helped them with their assignments after school. Another one is a 7 year old and I still teach her basic reading and math every weekend. This summertime, I tutor 2 elementary level children in English Grammar, Reading, Math and Social Studies to prepare them for their next grade level.
TOEFL test takers are most of my students as they prepare to take the exam in order for them to be able to practice their professions from other countries here in the US.
I am trustworthy and reliable, with positive attitude and energy. I easily engage with children who enjoy my interactions with them.
