About Camilla
Working with chord voicing, sight reading, and hand independence keeps me busy during my 9 years of experience. Dynamics and expression, sight transposition, scales and arpeggios, plus sight playing form the base of my method. Music theory, accompaniment skills, and ear training are added as we go.
I have worked with many students to ensure they play with ease. This training ensures you build technique without losing the joy of playing music. My students perform with total confidence.

Focusing on music as a lifelong friend rather than a chore defines my approach. You might find that starting with basic chords makes the complex theory feel much more manageable.
We explore dynamics and expression to give your playing life. Integrating sight reading and ear training during our time together builds your instincts quickly.
Scales and arpeggios help us maintain consistent hand independence for every piece you choose. A 6.0 scale of difficulty guides our path forward to keep things moving.
