About Shawanda
Music captured my attention early through the hum of a guitar in my childhood home. Do you ever struggle to turn a simple feeling into a song? I spent 12 years honing my craft to assist artists with this exact hurdle.
My approach focuses on STORYTELLING IN SONGS rather than boring theory. I have taught 277 students to find their voice.
These sessions rely on real projects to build your skills. Writing to a brief or exploring rhyme schemes happens naturally here.
Genre conventions like pop or country become tools for your creative expression. Point of view and perspective are the core of every track we build.
