About Christian
"Imagine standing on a small stage in the American South as the house lights dim. I spent 13 years in those spaces learning how to hold a room with just my voice and a guitar. Those nights taught me more about breath and tone than any lecture hall ever could. I work with hobbyists and those who have spent years self-teaching but lack structure.
My background includes 13 years of constant performance and a formal education from the University of Southern California. I find that working professionals often benefit from the same basics as an advanced learner. I have helped 318 students find their unique place in the music. "Singing starts with the simple act of breathing. I build a personalized song list around each student's range. We focus on belting technique and the shift between head and chest voice.
Harmony singing feels natural when you understand your instrument. Microphone technique is essential for any performer. I draw on my degree to keep the theory clear.
Exam preparation is handled with specific exercises. My approach covers everything for the serious singer. I keep things grounded and accessible. I promise to support your growth in a steady way."
