About Teagan
Rigidity often blocks progress more than lack of talent does. You might find that loosening your grip on the neck actually produces a cleaner sound. We explore how to apply music theory to your soloing by using custom backing tracks so students can practice at home. These tracks simulate a band setting to keep your timing sharp.
We refine your barre chords until they ring out clearly without effort. This method makes the mechanics of the instrument feel like an extension of your own intent.

Music lives in the details. I started my journey at 5 years old.
My conservatory years added guitar and voice to the mix. I hold a BMus degree from McGill. I teach many returning learners, kids, and teens. We tackle power chords and chord transitions.
Electric technique remains a core focus. I help you master blues progressions and improvisation.
Songwriting is a vital creative outlet. Tuning and maintenance are essential habits. Reading tabs makes the fretboard accessible. I truly enjoy the process of teaching these skills.
