I did my graduation (B.A) from Burdwan University,my masters(M.A) from Jadavpur University and then i completed my B.Ed course from Calcutta University so that i can get a job in the Education department.Teaching since my teenage.I have more than 30 years of private teaching experience.

Firstly i get very friendly with my students so that they are comfortable with me.I am a student friendly teacher.Next,while explaining the lessons/chapters i ask questions to my students ,so as to understand how much they have understood and to check their attention.At the end of each chapter I take written test.
