About Mr McAlister
As a 25 year retired army veteran, integrity, honesty, hard work and focus are a few important things I strive for. I have taught for more than 15 years and I am proud to say that I still have students who reach out to me thanking me for my patience and my teaching skills. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be able to give my students the skills they needed to learn, succeed and get ahead.

One of the main obstacles many students face when being taught is comprehension. When this happens, failure can occur.
