As a close friend of Ryan, I can say that his understanding of music is beyond my capabilities. Even though I have more experience in music than Ryan, he can teach music to me. His level of understanding is far greater than mine, and the initiative he takes to be better each day is why I'm recommending Ryan to be a superprof.
His teaching style is one that is easy to understand because he likes to make learning fun and relatable. His level of adaptability is far greater than mine. I've seen him take the initiative to learn new instruments within the high brass area and be proficient in them. It's safe to say that Ryan is a great teacher.

Ryan is a great tutor who is patient, encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping his students understand the material. I appreciate how he explains things clearly and takes the time to make sure I understand before moving on. He makes learning feel comfortable and never makes me feel bad for asking questions.
