About Fiona
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill's Faculty of Management, Desautels. I lived in Paris, Miami and now live in Montreal. I hold dual nationality, as well as dual culture, Franco-American. After fourteen years of French school in France, I went to do my BAC ES at an international school in Miami, USA. I had the chance to discover my second nation with its culture, and especially to perfect my English, surrounded by bilingual and anglophone comrades. I then completed a double degree, composed of the High School Diploma and the French Baccalauréat section ES, obtained with honors. A year ago, after high school, I moved to Montreal, Canada, to start a Business degree, specializing in Marketing and International Business, at McGill University. My in-depth English studies constantly enrich a professional vocabulary, allowing me to provide a course for any type of profile: from students to professionals of all levels.

Before defining what would be preferable, I will pay more attention to the profile of the student, and then adopt a methodology that would be most favorable. Indeed, a college student will not have the same vocabulary needs, so methodology, as a professional in business. However, in terms of my personal experience, I advocate active speaking and reflection in the language. Watching and listening to various videos will complete the reading and the heart. My primary goal is to give full confidence in the abilities of the "student". When learning the language, we must absolutely forget any embarrassment and hesitation to leave room for enthusiasm and ease. We ALL can do it!
