About Masagi
I am a Civil Engineering graduate with a dual degree from SEGi University and the University of Central Lancashire. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve always been driven by a desire to understand how things work—whether it’s a structural bridge, a complex AI workflow for my Gold Award-winning research, or the logical patterns hidden within a difficult math problem.
I chose to teach because I remember how it feels to be overwhelmed by technical subjects. My goal is to bridge that gap for others. Beyond engineering, I am a creative spirit who enjoys writing and meticulous hobbies like Gunpla assembly. This background has taught me the importance of patience, precision, and finding a unique perspective when tackling a challenge. I am committed to being a mentor who doesn't just provide answers, but empowers students to develop the critical thinking skills they need to succeed in their own academic journeys.

As a Civil Engineering graduate and FYP Gold Award winner, I bring a practical, results-oriented approach to Mathematics: Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra and ICT. My teaching philosophy is built on one core belief: math isn't a chore; it is simply a series of puzzles waiting to be solved. By bringing an element of fun and curiosity into our sessions, I help students move past "math anxiety" and into a state of active, confident problem-solving.
In my lessons, we treat every Algebra equation or Geometry theorem like a riddle. We break down the "rules of the game," look for patterns, and celebrate the "Aha!" moment when the pieces finally click together. My methodology focuses on breaking down complex formulas into logical, real-world applications, making subjects much easier to visualize and master.
I tailor my lessons to the specific needs of secondary and pre-university students (SPM/IGCSE). A typical session lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, during which we address core foundations before moving to advanced challenges. Whether you are struggling with basics or aiming for top marks, my goal is to help you stop fearing the numbers and start enjoying the challenge—helping you think logically, efficiently, and effectively.
