About Emilie

I am a 21 year old graduate, working in London as a teacher.
It is a career I have always seen myself doing and I feel lucky to have found a position this young.
It is incredibly rewarding and I thoroughly enjoy planning lessons, being adaptable and engaging my students.
My personal interests include music and art. I play piano and guitar and have done for several years.

About the lesson

I prioritise tailored, well organised and interesting lessons based on your learning style and aims. It is my personal belief that each of my students should be treated differently depending on their unique needs. I am also passionate about science and biology and hope to convey that through my lessons.

Typically I offer 1hr to 1hr30 once a week, every week but happy to do more depending on your goals and timescale.

I'm currently working as a science teacher in a prep school working with students from ages 9-13. Currently we work to the 11+ and common entrance syllabus but I would also offer lessons to GCSE and potentially A level students as I have done this previously.

In terms of my qualifications, I got A*A*A in biology, psychology and chemistry at A level and recieved a 2:1 with honours in my Biological sciences degree at Durham where I graduated from this summer.
