About Emily
I graduated from Durham University in 2018 with a First Class honours degree in Theology and Religion, I also received the Jewish Studies Prize for my final year grades. I have worked as a teaching assistant for the past year working with small groups and 1:1. I have also been tutoring Maths for the last year. In September I will be starting my PGCE in Religious Education at UCL. I am an outgoing person with a good sense of humour. I have a passion for helping children to fulfil their potential.

My teaching method will vary depending on the child, as all children are different. I will listen and observe and work out the most appropriate learning style and adjust pre-planned lessons to meet their needs. My lessons will involve lots of positive reinforcement allowing them to build up confidence in areas and make progress. I do like to keep the lesson fun yet informative. I also like to centre lessons around a child's questions and I will of course address any questions they may have.
