About Harrison

I have completed both GCSE and A-level Computer Science, achieving grades of 9 and A, respectively. I am currently a first-year Computer Science student at Durham University. Most of my programming knowledge was self-taught before studying the same material in school and sixth form. This experience makes me an ideal tutor, as I understand how to build foundational knowledge independently and can explain programming concepts without relying on technical terminology. However, I am also comfortable teaching using subject-specific terminology, should that be preferred.

About the lesson

I offer personalised Python programming tutoring for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners. Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your understanding of complex programming concepts, I will guide you through the learning process with tailored lessons that meet your individual needs. I will introduce new concepts and techniques, starting with a theoretical explanation, followed by practical code examples, and provide you with challenges to work through. I will offer guidance and support as needed to ensure your understanding. Lessons will be carried out virtually and will typically last 1 hour.
