About Ophelia
I have always been drawn to learning foreign languages throughout the course of my education, and was lucky enough to pursue a degree in French and Italian. As part of my Year Abroad, I spent extensive time working in a school in Italy and found the process of sharing my language skills with students particularly fulfilling. I want to share the power and reward of learning a foreign language with as many students as possible!

Having taught in a school in Italy and tutored various age groups in languages, I have found that a practical approach is most effective. A relaxed conversation in a foreign language encourages active thinking and provides the opportunity to make, recognise and correct mistakes in real time - exactly the process of mastering a foreign language! That said, I am also happy to help with the technicalities of foreign grammar and spelling!
