I am a recent graduate from Durham University, having studied maths and economics. I have been tutoring maths and sciences online for the past few years whilst studying and have also had experience teaching in a classroom as part of the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.

I like to approach teaching with a problem-based agenda; communicating with students what they find hard about a particular topic and then using this to focus our attention. I like to be rigorous with the topic we cover, making sure that no stone is unturned. I proceed by explaining concepts step by step and backing up students knowledge by offering them practise questions to test their understanding.
