About Jian
I am a Second Year Durham University Student who finished A levels in 2023 and received very high marks across Maths and Further Maths, which gave me a very solid understanding of the subject specifications and examination structure.
I'd like to help others gain high marks in these exams as these qualifications can open a lot of doors and doing well in them is of paramount importance, especially when moving onto university study, where A level Maths is a prerequisite to most STEM courses.
I hold an Enhanced DBS and I am an undergraduate student studying a MMATH Mathematics integrated Masters Degree.

Depending on the needs of the student, I can teach or explain new or weak topics throughout the specification and go through practice and past paper questions with them.
I can also do marking and explain what it is that the examiner is looking for in an answer.
Length of a lesson will be either 1 hour or 2 hours.
For A level Students (Year 12/13) studying Mathematics or Further Mathematics. For the Further Maths Optional Modules, I specialise in Further Mechanics 1 and Decision 1, however can accommodate for Further Pure Maths 1 and 2.
Edexcel Students preferred, however I can accommodate for other examination boards.
I have taught 11+ students before and have experience in creating predicted papers.
