About Paolo
Hi! My name is Paolo and I am studying for a Master's degree in Physics and Astronomy at Durham University. I have plenty of first-hand research experience - from researching photovoltaics at the University of Tokyo, to observing asteroids at Durham University, and now working on acoustic levitation as part of a project with the European Space Agency. My hope is that through teaching, I can impart some of my passion and know-how for science and help you attain your educational goals.

I teach with an emphasis on technique and practical applications while making sure lessons are fun and memorable. I have lots of first-hand research experience (including working with the European Space Agency!) and was a national team coach for the Philippine national team for the 2021 International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics. Typical lessons would be aimed at GCSE and A-level students (though I can teach undergrads, too!) and will take about an hour.
