About Palmos
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 11 years of experience teaching high school and college students. My goal is to make learning English simple, enjoyable, and effective. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, helping them improve their language skills step by step.
This experience has helped me understand student challenges and guide them in the best way. One of my biggest achievements is helping students gain confidence in speaking and writing English.
Many of them have shown great improvement in academics and communication. My teaching style is interactive and student-focused. I encourage regular practice and active participation.

My teaching style for ESL is based on practical learning, active participation, and real-life application. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English works in everyday communication. This approach makes lessons more engaging and useful.
I focus on motivation by creating a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to participate. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life scenarios that improve fluency and confidence.
I teach with integrity by giving honest feedback and guiding students clearly through their learning process. I also maintain flexibility by adapting my teaching methods according to each student’s level and progress. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
