My lessons are completely individualized. First: I assess your child's needs and begin filling in gaps as they become known. I pay attention to how your child processes each question, helping me learn how they think. Second: I create custom lessons and repetition based on each gap and how your child processes. Third: I focus on multiple related gaps so your child is consistently interested in learning. All my examples center around your child's hobbies and perspectives so they engage and can see math through their lens. Fourth: I engage your child’s feedback and let them help themselves move to the next set of lessons/gaps. Your child will always have my full attention allowing them to thrive and gain math confidence with every lesson. I truly believe teaching is my calling. I am kind, sensitive, and attentive. Having raised all my children to love learning, I believe in ensuring all children can find their strengths and build on them.
