About Valarie
Singing started for me as a way to connect piano work with vocal phrasing, which is why I want to help you master these skills too. With 13 years of experience, I support students in rhythm and phrasing, performance confidence, diction, and articulation. We explore genre styling, vibrato control, exam preparation, and pitch control together.
My training includes belting technique, breathing control, and stage fear management as well. I hope to hear your unique voice soon.

Sometimes it feels like balancing technical vocal goals with artistic expression is the hardest part of the craft. My 13 years in the industry mean I provide recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice to keep you consistent.
These sessions integrate my Peabody Institute training to help you navigate genre styling and breathing control effectively. I prioritize building performance confidence through steady rhythm and phrasing practice. It brings me genuine joy to hear a student finally grasp a difficult belting passage during our time together.
