About Tiffany
I started Metaphysics school in Dallas in 2012, learning reiki and light work energy by following the work of Carlos Castaneda. My studies eventually gravitated to the body and finding methods of healing that I could use on my own. In 2017, I became a yoga instructor. In 2019, I moved to Guatemala and taught yoga at a retreat and in the hotels of Antigua. The same year, I moved to Peru for six months to teach yoga in the sacred valley. In 2025, I completed a 500-hour training at Second Side yoga, where I went in depth with Ashtanga practice. The studio led by Jonas Park helped me to understand intention with delivery and building a presence in a yoga practice.

Yoga is an experience where the body, mind and breath synchronize in harmony. Incorporating a spiritual experience with movement encourages an individual to listen to their body and find their edge. A typical lesson will have seated or laying down postures, followed by sun salutations to warm the body. Standing and balancing postures are introduced with arm balances in the main sequence, with stretching and backbending as a cool down. The last ten minutes of the class are designated for meditation and breath work.
