About Trent
I studied yoga and gained my qualification in Rishikesh, India. Since returning to Townsville I have taught at Lighten Up, Hot Rock, Strand Fitness Northshore, and Anytime Fitness Aitkenvale. I also make content about yoga and holistic health. Thank you.

I follow a set structure of warm ups, standing posture, back bends, forward bends, and arm balances/core. I aim to give a balanced full body workout every time, while also mixing things up. I give demonstration, alignment cues, and adjustments.
