About Janna
Hi! I’m a Psychology major and college student who enjoys helping others learn and build confidence. At some point, I realized how important it is to have a strong support system, and that’s one of the reasons I enjoy tutoring.
I wasn’t always confident in math myself, so I understand how frustrating it can feel when concepts don’t click right away. Through hard work and persistence, I developed a strong foundation in math and learned the value of having concepts explained clearly.
Outside of academics, I enjoy cooking, reading, and learning about psychology and personal growth. I love helping people reach their goals and gain confidence in their abilities.

As a Psychology major, I understand how important it is to have a strong support system when learning something challenging. That’s one of the reasons I enjoy helping students with math. Everyone learns differently, and sometimes having concepts explained in a different way can make all the difference.
My lessons focus on breaking down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, working through homework, or trying to understand a concept from class, I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.
My goal is not only to help you solve problems, but to help you understand them so you can approach future math challenges with greater confidence and independence.
