About Abby
Hello! I’m Abby. I am a recent graduate of the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY, and I will be pursuing my Master’s Degree at Boston University. With over 10 years of experience in both cello and voice, I’ve had the privilege of participating in a variety of masterclasses and summer festivals around the world. I have also performed in professional orchestras and have been awarded many scholarships that have supported my musical journey. I have placed in several vocal and cello competitions - most recently the New York Classical, and I’m looking forward to offering personalized lessons that help students achieve their musical aspirations. I focus on technique to have a good foundation and help students personalize their musical style. At the start of every lesson students should come prepared to present a piece/song and we will work through it at their pace. My lessons are for everyone of every level - beginners and advanced students.
