About Jude
I am a current first-year undergraduate student at the University of Canterbury working towards my Bachelor of Science in Financial Engineering. Though studying does keep me busy on most days, in my free time I enjoy dancing, gaming from time to time, and cleaning - perhaps not the most exciting, but certainly satisfying! As for tutoring I completely understand the stress that can sometimes come with schoolwork. That's why my goal, as a tutor, is to relieve that stress and be that guy you can count on - and try to make the learning process as enjoyable as it can be!

In Year 13, I achieved an A+ grade in the University of Canterbury's MATH199 STAR course alongside an NCEA Scholarship in English. The one reason I was able to achieve these results was through the vast amount of research I did into the psychology and applications of studying.
In my lessons, typically ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour*, I will use these techniques to present information in a way that is easy to follow and encourage further learning outside of our lessons.
I teach Year 9, 10, and 11 Math and Years 12 and 13 Calculus at the listed rate.
*I am happy to do longer or shorter sessions on request.
