About Joseph
I am 24 years old and live in Aurora, IL. I earned a BS in Human Physiology and Chemistry Minor from the University of Iowa in May 2020. Since then I have worked as a Research Assistant in Nephrology and COVID labs, so my chemical and biological knowledge has remained intact. I tutored chemistry and biology throughout my undergraduate and have always thoroughly enjoyed doing so. I am happy to meet virtually or in-person if possible, as I know learning virtually is not always ideal.

I cater my teaching methods to your preferences. I myself have always been a visual learner, and have kept all my notes and books from my college career. Many of these STEM courses caused me a lot of anxiety as they are rigorous and complex, but I thoroughly enjoying helping others navigate these courses so the content can be interesting instead.
I have lots of resources that I like to give you for support beyond our sessions. I also know sometimes you just need a quick question answered or help with a homework problem last minute, so I am always willing to quickly help free of charge if I am available. My lessons are focused for adolescents and adults, up to college level content.
