By sharing what we know, we were able to collaborate and achieve great things as a species. I'll be teaching my students by creating a competition free environment. My aim in teaching is to create a situation where students become enthusiastic about understanding the subject matter themselves and consequently deeply integrate new content and frames of meaning into their way of thinking. I believe in teaching students with dignity and studentcentered learning environment. I make sure that every child knows that they are worthy by listening and caring for their needs.
