About Rachel
I am a yoga teacher, newly certified a year ago. I have been practicing for 5 years and have developed a deep understanding for the importance of this lifestyle. I have done many classes in studio and virtually, I have been teaching full time ever since I was certified. I am currently based at Torch Yoga in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
