About Prachi
Hi! I’m Prachi, an Economics and Finance graduate from the University of Leeds, currently working as an Investment Banking Analyst. During my time at university, I was the recipient of the Dean’s Prize for Citizenship and completed internships at firms like JP Morgan and Barnett Waddingham, gaining practical experience that helps me connect academic concepts to real-world examples.
I’m passionate about making challenging subjects like Maths, Statistics and Economics easier to understand. Throughout my studies and internships, I realised how important good guidance is and how the right support can boost confidence and open doors (that's how I first started liking Maths!) I enjoy helping students build their skills and confidence, whether they’re struggling with specific topics or aiming to excel.
I have also played professional badminton during school and university while balancing my studies with extracurriculars like Olympiads, Abacus and Skating.

I specialise in making Maths and Statistics clear, structured, and manageable. Lessons focus on understanding, exam technique, and efficient problem-solving, not memorising steps.
I personally progressed from a B/C-level student in year 6 to achieving A*A*A* at A Level (Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry), and later earned First Class results in university Economics modules despite having no prior background. This experience directly shapes how I teach: clear structure, targeted practice, and methods that work under exam conditions.
