About Tulip
I am a driven individual, dedicated to my academic work as well as personal and professional responsibilities. I believe that any student can achieve their goals if they have a work ethic, organisation, and revision skills. These are all skills that I can teach to support students. I took a year out between my A-levels and degree and worked for an accountancy firm. This experience supports my practical skills as well as my academic skills.

I am an approachable person, which helps me understand my students' strengths and weaknesses. I have no typical teaching methodology. I base my teaching approach on my students' learning styles. Session lengths are 1 hour to maximise concentration and retention. I passed all my GCSEs (all grade 8 or 9), passed all my A-levels, and I am currently working towards a degree in Economics and Finance at the University of York. I have previous experience tutoring GCSE and A-level students in Maths and Economics.
