About Isabelle
I am an Economics and Management student at the University of Oxford with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students succeed. Having scored 84 in the TSA, I understand the skills required for high-level problem solving and exam performance.
Alongside my studies, I am actively involved in hockey and rowing, which has strengthened my discipline, time management, and resilience.
I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps and helping students build confidence in their abilities. My goal is to support students not only in improving their grades, but also in developing independent thinking and effective study habits.

I take a structured but flexible approach to tutoring, focusing on building strong foundations and exam confidence. Lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, combining clear explanations, worked examples, and regular practice with past exam questions. I emphasise problem-solving skills and understanding rather than memorisation.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes. I have experience supporting students in GCSE Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and History, as well as A-level Maths and Chemistry. I also offer guidance for TSA preparation and personal statements.
My lessons are suitable for motivated students of all abilities who want to improve their grades, confidence, and exam technique.
