About Michael
I hold a Master of Science in Corporate Governance from London South Bank University (research‑intensive program with one third of the curriculum dedicated to original research).
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Financial Economics) from Birkbeck, University of London, with a strong quantitative foundation in Applied Statistics and Econometrics.
I have six years of consultancy experience at the Australian Institute of Business, supporting students from Bachelor of Business Administration to Doctor of Philosophy level in six core business and finance subjects.
I am also an Examiner and Moderator at a national Ministry of Education, giving me unique insight into assessment standards and criteria.
I teach using complete sentences and no unexplained abbreviations, ensuring clarity for all learners.
My own university and master’s level studies form the foundation of my teaching capability. Both programs were research‑intensive, equipping me not only with subject knowledge but also with the ability to guide students through original research, including dissertations and theses.
