I am currently working as a renewable energy analyst intern. I have previous experience as a maths tutor at ACEdemics where I taught children of all ages. Indirectly I have experience in leading and helping others as a former president of UEA's Indian Society

With regards to helping my students, I would like to make a plan for every session, one with set of objectives that would need to be accomplished to promote efficiency. If students appear to struggle with certain goals, I would use a variety of different methods to help with solving their problems while also promoting the use of the most effective technique.
By setting the student homework that I have created, I can also track their progress week on week to see if they are keeping up between sessions and to make sure they are not falling behind. Finally I plan to integrate questions that mimic the exams, throughout learning to help improve students confidence. I believe this will be the optimum strategy to help the student maximise their potential and achieve the best grade possible.
