About Ariana
My passion for economics began with a fascination for understanding why markets rise and fall and how financial decisions ripple across societies. This interest led me to pursue and complete a Master’s Degree in Economics, where I studied macroeconomic theory, econometrics, and global financial systems. Over the past eleven years, I have dedicated my career to teaching and mentoring, guiding students through both the technical and human sides of economic understanding. I teach with clarity, structure, and a deep respect for each student’s learning journey. Economics can feel complex and overwhelming, so I focus on simplifying ideas while maintaining depth and accuracy. I encourage discussion, debate, and the exploration of real-world scenarios to strengthen comprehension. I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s pace, ensuring that they feel supported and capable at every stage of their progress. My intention is always to transform confusion into confidence. Outside of teaching, I continue to follow global economic trends, attend educational seminars, and engage in ongoing learning. Economics is constantly evolving, and staying informed allows me to bring relevant and up-to-date insights to my students. For me, teaching economics is more than a professional role—it is a way of shaping informed, thoughtful individuals who can contribute meaningfully to the world’s financial and social future.

Economics is the study of choices, incentives, and how societies organize resources to meet unlimited wants in a world of limited supply. My lessons introduce students to this subject as a living, breathing system that shapes governments, businesses, and everyday decisions. Rather than presenting economics as a collection of abstract graphs and formulas, I help students see it as a story about human behavior, priorities, and consequences. Each session is structured to build understanding from the ground up, allowing learners to observe how individual decisions connect to global outcomes. I create an atmosphere that encourages discussion, critical thinking, and the freedom to question assumptions. Through real-world examples, current events, and relatable case studies, economics becomes both meaningful and engaging. Students quickly realize that this subject is not isolated to textbooks but is deeply connected to their own lives and future choices.
Beginner students explore basic economic principles such as supply, demand, opportunity cost, and market equilibrium. Intermediate learners move on to elasticity, government intervention, inflation, and unemployment. Advanced students analyze macroeconomic models, international trade, fiscal and monetary policy, and economic forecasting. I integrate graph analysis, case studies, data interpretation, and exam-style questions to strengthen both theoretical and practical understanding. I also provide support for research projects, assignments, and exam preparation, guiding students toward clarity and confidence in complex topics.
Through the study of economics, students develop logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and a greater understanding of the world around them. They learn to evaluate decisions carefully, predict outcomes, and appreciate the delicate balance between individual interest and collective well-being. My goal is for each student to leave with not only stronger academic skills, but also a deeper awareness of how economic forces shape society and personal opportunity.
