About Toby
I am an Economics Student at Durham University. I have previous tutoring experience both with my secondary school, Ratcliffe College, and the firm Kumon, where I tutored Maths and English to a classroom of approximately 20 students from KS3 and below. I was also involved in various mentoring programmes within my school while in KS4, in which I tutored younger students in all levels of Maths.

There is a standard structure that forms the basis of my classes which is as follows. I utilise a PowerPoint presentation that begins with a recap of the previous lesson to confirm they understand the content. I then proceed to discuss that lessons content while answering any questions the student may have. I like to incorporate some interactive games or activities that maintains the students engagement. And finally I finish with any further questions.
