About Katie
I am currently a first year Economics student at the university of Exeter. I have always had a passion for maths but wanted to use it in an applied way so now do economics. I studied Maths, Further Maths and Economics at A-Level obtaining 3A*'s and also studied Psychology up to AS obtaining an A. I have been a private maths tutor to younger children in the past and now am ready to start tutoring again.

I very much base my classes around what the student wants, before I begin tutoring anyone, we will create a plan together of what they want to go through and how they prefer to learn. Using worked examples I can explain how to answer questions correctly and identify points where the student may be struggling more. We will work through questions together and make sure that everything has been understood.
