About Tara
My fascination with economics began with curiosity about how choices, policies, and markets shape societies. I earned a B.A. in Economics and International Business, studying micro- and macroeconomics, trade, fiscal and monetary systems, and behavioral economics. Over 8 years of teaching, I have helped learners of all levels build conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and confidence in applying economic theory to practical scenarios. I emphasize patience, clarity, and adaptability in teaching. Lessons are structured to reinforce foundational understanding while encouraging exploration, critical thinking, and active engagement. I use examples, case studies, and problem-solving exercises to ensure learners connect theory to real-world contexts. Beyond teaching, I remain engaged with economic research, policy analysis, and market studies. Incorporating these contemporary examples enriches lessons, making learning relevant and inspiring. Teaching economics is highly rewarding because I witness students progress from confusion to clarity, developing practical insight, analytical skill, and intellectual confidence.
