About Megan

I have 6 years of tutoring experience in Economics, working with students from school to college level. Over the years, I have helped around 200 to 250 students improve their understanding and achieve better grades. I enjoy making economics easy to understand and relevant to everyday life. My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, patience, and practical learning. I use real-life examples and encourage questions to make sure students grasp difficult concepts. I believe every student can succeed with the right support and a positive mindset. Building confidence is as important as mastering the subject. One of my proudest achievements is seeing students who once struggled grow into confident learners who enjoy economics. I aim to not only prepare students for exams but also to help them appreciate how economics shapes the world. Together, we work towards long-term success and deeper understanding.

About the lesson

My teaching approach in Economics is built around using real-life examples and case studies to make the subject clear and relevant. I cover important topics like microeconomics, macroeconomics, international trade, behavioral economics, and market analysis. By connecting theory to everyday situations, I help students understand how economic principles shape the world around us.

I believe accountability and collaboration are key to learning. I encourage students to actively participate, ask questions, and discuss ideas openly. This creates a supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring difficult concepts and developing their own understanding. Patience is also essential—I take the time to explain topics clearly and adjust my pace based on each student’s needs.

With consistent practice and guidance, students build confidence in applying economic theories to real problems. My goal is to help learners develop strong analytical skills and a deeper appreciation for how economics impacts decisions in business, policy, and daily life. Together, we work towards mastering economics step by step.
